שירות הכי גרוע שראיתי.. אחרי 20 דקות שהזמנתי, קיבלתי שיחה מהנציג של מסעדה, שאומר שאני צריך להוסיף כסף על הזמנה כי מחיר שמופיע באפליקציה לא נכון. נציג דיבר בחוצפה ולא הצליח להסביר למה אני חייב להוסיף כסף וניתק שיחה. חוויה נוראית, לא נעים, נאלצתי להזמין במקום אחר. לא ממליץ לאף אחד להזמין מהמסעדה אחרי ששמעתי התייחסות של העובדים כלפי הלקוחות

Худшее обслуживание, которое я когда-либо видел.. Через 20 минут после того, как я сделал заказ, мне позвонил представитель ресторана, который сказал, что мне нужно добавить деньги к заказу, потому что цена, указанная в приложении, неверна. Представитель разговаривал грубо и не смог объяснить, почему я должен добавить деньги и повесил трубку. Ужасный, неприятный опыт, я должен был заказать в другом месте. Никому не рекомендую заказывать в ресторане, услышав отношение сотрудников к клиентам.

Worst service I have ever seen.. 20 minutes after I placed my order I received a call from a restaurant representative who said I needed to add money to my order because the price listed on the app was incorrect. The representative was rude and could not explain why I needed to add money and hung up. Horrible, unpleasant experience, I should have ordered elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to order from the restaurant after hearing the attitude of the staff towards customers.

I did not like it Sorry, I WIl not order again from this location. I have made a big order for a party. The price was as a regular delivery but I was really surprised when I did not received drinks that are always send with the delivery. When I called back to the restaurant to ask why is that, but they just told me that the price was with no drinks. I ordered a couple of times before from this place, and the price I paid was include drinks. So the place owner just decided not to send me and did not even apologize for that. Well that is bad service and you, I store owner, I just lost a regular costumer.
